请大家注意以下有关新学期开学的信息：

We hereby provide you with the following information regarding the commencement of the new semester:

PART. 1

线上预注册

Online Pre-Registration

请同学们于9月2日至9月5日登录浙江大学国际学生管理系统进行线上预注册申请。（网址：http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn，请使用学号和个人密码登录。如未修改密码，初始密码为护照号后6位，登录后请及时修改密码。）

All students are required to log into the international student management system of Zhejiang University between September 2nd and September 5th for online pre-registration. (http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn, please log in by user name of student ID number and your password. The initial password is the last 6 digits of your passport. If you didn’t change it, please change the password after login.)

请提前缴纳下一学年学费，未缴纳学费者不予注册。（已达到退学条件或因个人原因需办理退学、休学手续的同学请不要缴纳学费。）

Please pay the tuition fees in advance before applying registration online. Those who have not paid the tuition fee will not be registered. (Please do NOT pay the tuition fees if you have met the withdrawal requirements or if you need to withdraw or suspend your studies for personal reasons.)

线上预注册前，如有更换新护照或校外住址，请先进行“护照变更”或“校外住宿登记”申请修改。

Before online pre-registration, if you have a new passport or have changed the residential address, please update this information in Passport change or Off-campus housing.

线上预注册时，请仔细核对联系方式（电话、邮箱），确保无误，学校一些重要通知公告将用以上联系方式送达，如信息有误，请务必在“学期注册”中进行更新。

During online pre-registration, please carefully verify your contact information (phone number and email address) to ensure accuracy. Some important notices of the university will be delivered by the above contact information. If the phone number and email address are incorrect, please be sure to update it in Semester Registration.

来华留学保险

International Student Insurance

每位学生必须购买来华留学保险。发起线上预注册时，需上传电子保单。未购买保险的同学，及时购买保险后再注册。（来华留学生保险购买指南链接：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/DoPkyEgTcS-bUZqNMJkTUg）

Every student must purchase insurance. When you pre-register online, you must submit your electronic insurance guarantee slip. Students who have not yet purchased insurance should do so before online pre-registration.

住宿费用

Accommodation Fee

住宿费用每人每学年8000元人民币，请于2024年8月31日前将第二学年住宿费对公转至以下银行账户，并务必在9月6日现场注册时上交备注了学生学号与姓名的缴费凭证文件。

提示：请确保我们将收到8000元人民币，而不是因汇率或手续费而产生的其他金额。

The accommodation fee is 8000 RMB per person per academic year. PART. 4

返校及现场报到注册

Return to School and Onsite Registration

根据学校要求，学生须在9月6日完成现场报到注册。请各位同学提前做好返校安排，届时携带学生证与住宿费缴费证明到校园服务大厅办理注册手续。

According to the requirements of the school, students should complete the onsite registration procedures on September 6th. Please make advance arrangements for your return to school and bring your student ID book and paper of accommodation fee payment to Student Service Hub for registration on September 6th.

重要提醒

Special Attentions

1. 如有特殊情况不能按时参加现场报到注册的同学，须办理请假手续，申请暂缓注册。如超过学校规定期限未注册超过2周，且未履行暂缓注册手续的，根据学校规定，应给予退学处理。

Students who are unable to attend the onsite registration on time due to exceptional circumstances are required to apply for leave and defer registration. Those who fail to register within the stipulated two-week period without applying for leave should be subject to withdrawal from the university according to the regulations.

2. 如需正式文件申请，如请假等事宜，请通过学生事务办公室的电子邮件申请：studentism@zju.edu.cn。

If there are formal applications, such as taking leave, please apply through the student office email: studentism@zju.edu.cn.

3. 暑假期间曾经出境的学生须在入境后及时完成居住登记，否则将被出入境管理局处以罚款。（关于住宿登记的详细步骤，请参阅新生指南第4页。）

Students who have left China should complete their Residence Registration in a timely manner, otherwise they will be fined by the Exit Entry Administration. (Please refer to page 4 of the Freshman Guidebook for detailed steps on Residence Registration.)
