Full-time students at the International Campus may apply for a motor vehicle permit, as described below:

Application requirements:

1. The vehicle belongs to Yiwu city

2. Student ID, vehicle license and driving licence must be the student's own

3. Only one vehicle can be registered per person

Documents provided:

1. Application form for the registration of a fixed vehicle for Zhejiang University Smart Pass, download address: ???

2. Student ID card

3. The copy of the vehicle's driving licence (non-owner must also provide a copy of relevant valid documents)
