A one-time visiting scholar at the hospital of the University of Alberta, Canada, Jin is elected as a top talent in the 11th group of talents of Yiwu. He is also enlisted in the Yiwu 133 innovative talents. Dr Jin has been engaged in cardiovascular work for more than ten years, having directed one Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation project and one Zhejiang Provincial Health Department project. While having participated in five national, provincial and ministerial level projects, he has published a SCI paper in TOP journals of cardiovascular science and seven other highly-influential SCI papers as the first author.

Mr. Xia is skilled at different kinds of arrhythmia device implantation and radiofrequency ablation of cardiac arrhythmias; meanwhile, he can independently perform the interventional operations of coronary stenting and heart occlusion. He has led a number of national and provincial projects and published more than 20 papers in the SCI journals. A member of the Zhejiang Medical Association Cardiovascular Branch and the Electrophysiology and Pacing Branch, he is also a standing committee member of the Zhejiang Medical Doctors Association Cardiovascular Branch.
