His Research interests include lipid metabolism immunity. His team has been elucidated the channel structure of a major member of the scavenger receptor-CD36 superfamily for the first time, which shows the mechanism of innate immune disease。And revealing the synergy between LIMP-2 and NPC proteins, providing a potential therapeutic strategy for lysosomal storage disorders. The discovery of palmitoylation modifications of intracellular members of the NOD-like receptor family provides a new diagnostic marker for hereditary enteritis and addresses drug resistance in inflammatory bowel disease and has published high quality papers in international journals such as Nature, Science, Nucleic Acids Research, EMBO, etc.
