关于国际学生老生2026-2027学年秋学期开学相关事宜的通知
Notice on Autumn Registration of 2026-2027 Academic Year
一、线上预注册 Online Pre-Registration
请同学们于9月7日至9月10日登录国际学生服务平台（https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn/isstu）进行线上预注册申请。
Students are required to log in to the International Student Service Platform (https://intlstudent.zju.edu.cn/isstu) to apply for online pre-registration fromSeptember 7th to September 10th.
1.登录网站 Log in to the website
请用浙江大学统一身份认证登录。
Please log in via Zhejiang University Unified Identity Authentication.
2.信息变更 Information Updates
线上预注册前，如有更换新护照或校外住址，请先通过“护照变更申请”或“校外住宿上报”申请修改。
Before completing online pre-registration, if you have a new passport or have changed the living address, please update this information in "Passport Information Change" or "Living Off-campus Application".
3.学期注册 Semester Registration
点击“在线注册”办理新学期的线上预注册。
Click "Pre-Registration" to complete the online registration for the new semester.
按照以下步骤依次完成线上预注册手续（具体请查看附件1《浙江大学国际学生服务平台在线注册操作手册》）。
Complete the online pre-registration procedures step by step as follows. (For details please refer to the Attachment 1: "Online Registration User Manual for the Zhejiang University International Student Service Platform".)
每位同学必须购买来华留学保险。未购买保险的同学，可在第3步完成支付。（来华留学生保险购买指南链接：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/DoPkyEgTcS-bUZqNMJkTUg）
Each student is required to purchase overseas student insurance for studying in China. Students who have not yet purchased insurance can complete the payment in Step 3.

请仔细核对个人联系方式（当前联系电话、当前联系邮箱），确保无误。学校一些重要通知公告将用以上联系方式送达，如信息有误，请务必在第4步“核实个人信息”界面进行更新。
Please verify your personal contact information (Current Contact Tel., Current Contact Email, etc.) to ensure its accuracy. Important Notifications and announcements from the university will be sent via the above provided contact information. If the personal information is incorrect, please be sure to update it in the step of "verifying personal information".
二、返校及现场报到注册
Return to School and Onsite Registration
根据学校要求，学生须完成秋学期现场报到注册。请各位同学提前做好返校安排，于9月11日9：00-12：00及13：30-17：00携学生证到教学楼A, LS01教室办理注册手续。
According to university regulations, students are required to complete the onsite registration for the autumn semester. Please make arrangements for returning to school in advance. Bring your student ID (The red book) to the classroom LS01, Teaching Building A during 9：00-12：00 and 13：30-17：00 onSeptember 11th to complete the registration procedures.
重要提醒
Special Attentions
1. 如有特殊情况不能按时参加现场报到注册的同学，须办理请假手续，申请暂缓注册。如超过学校规定期限未到校注册超过2周（截至2026年9月25日），且未履行暂缓注册手续的，将按照学校相关学籍管理办法予以退学处理。
Students who are unable to attend the onsite registration on time due to exceptional circumstances are required to apply for leave and defer registration. Those who fail to complete onsite registration within the stipulated two-week period (i.e., by September 25, 2026) without an approved deferral, should be subject to withdrawal from the university according to the relevant student management regulations of the university.
2. 如需正式文件申请，如请假等事宜，请通过钉钉联系你的班主任。
For formal applications, including leave requests, please contact your coordinator via DingTalk. (Please refer to Attachment 2 :"MBBS Leave Verification")
3. 根据义乌市公安局要求，所有国际学生抵达义乌后，必须在 24小时内通过“义境APP”完成居住登记。未能按时完成登记的学生，将收到警方警告；经警告后仍未登记的学生，将被依法处以最高2000元罚款，并可能影响后续居留许可的申请。
According to the requirements of the Yiwu Public Security Bureau, all international students must complete their Residence Registration via the "Yijing APP" within 24 hours of arriving in Yiwu. Students who fail to register on time will receive a warning from the police. Those who still fail to register after the warning will be fined up to RMB 2,000 in accordance with the law, and this may affect their subsequent Residence Permit application.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the ‘Registration’ section on the Home Page of the Yijing APP.
2. Enter your full residential address including room number.
Example: 义乌市佛堂镇湖山路200号浙江大学一带一路国际医学院, D-XXXX (Replace XXXX with your room number)
3. Police jurisdiction for this campus: Fotang Police Station.
