Whether you're organizing a large conference, meeting, or exhibition on campus—or simply hosting a dinner, small meeting, or reception—we offer a wide range of meeting and event spaces to suit your needs.
Our campus facilities include both self-service and serviced meeting rooms:
Self-service meeting rooms are equipped with complimentary tea, cups, multimedia equipment, and other basic materials.
Serviced meeting rooms include venue set-up, tea service, courtesy service, and use of multimedia equipment, and are charged at standard rates.
Additionally, venues can provide optional services—such as table sign preparation, tea breaks, banners, floral arrangements, greenery, spray painting, and other material production and installation—available for an additional fee.
To make a booking, please notify the relevant staff in advance, ideally providing details such as the expected number of attendees, space requirements, service needs, and the purpose and nature of the event.
