Zhang, Director and a deputy director nurse of the Nursing Department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, has served as a youth member of the Geriatric Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, the Standing Committee of the Geriatric Committee of the Zhejiang Nursing Association, and the Standing Committee of the Tumor-nursing Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association. Zhang has led three projects at the provincial and ministerial levels, and played a key role in four projects at the department level. She has published more than 20 papers in SCI and other core journals, and has won the third prize of Zhejiang Medicine and Health Science and Technology Progress award. She has been granted eight national utility model patents, and participated in the formulation of two group standards of the Chinese Nursing Association. Zhang visited the Royal Free Hospital in the United Kingdom and Hopkins University in the United States for exchange studies. She was loaned to the National Health Commission and worked in the formulation and promulgation of national nursing related policies.
